Hall Communications does not discriminate in advertising contracts on the basis of race or ethnicity. Any provisions in any order or agreement for advertising that purports to discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, even if hand written, typed, or otherwise made a part of a particular contract, will be rejected. Hall Communications station personnel are prohibited from discriminating in the procurement of advertisements to run on Hall Communications stations and from accepting advertisements to run on Hall Communications stations from any advertisers who have a discriminatory intent – such as advertisers or sales representatives who demand “no urban/no Spanish” discriminatory dictates regarding the placement of their advertising spots.

All advertisements are subject to review and approval by Hall Communications. The decision of whether, and when, to run or otherwise publish an advertisement submitted by any individual or entity remains the sole discretion of Hall Communications.

It is the policy of Hall Communications not to publish advertisements that tend to harm the reputation of others, so that it might tend to lower them in the estimation of the community or deter their persons from associating or dealing with them.
