POSITION: Full-Time Account Representative

Hall Communications is currently seeking a candidate for a full-time sales position. Anyone with experience in sales, marketing or advertising sales are encouraged to apply. This position is responsible for selling advertising time on stations by prospecting clients, developing and selling new business accounts, making sales presentations, and maintaining client relations and sales. Candidates for this position must have their own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

STATION: WPCV/WWRZ/WLKF/WONN - Lakeland/Winter Haven, FL
POSITION: Part-Time On-Site Coordinator

Hall Communications is looking for part-time on-site coordinators to assist in setting up live appearances for our Central Florida radio stations: 97.5 WPCV, Max 98.3, Talk Radio 96.7 WLKF, and 107.1 WONN.  You must have reliable transportation to get to our Lakeland office and a clean driving record to operate any of our company vehicles. 

On-Site Event Coordinators drive radio station vehicles (SUV or VAN) to appearances, set up broadcast equipment, tents, tables, and any other promotional pieces.  On-Site Event Coordinators remain at the event to assist the on-air talent and account executives in any way needed.  When the event is over, the On-Site Event Coordinator tears down the set, packs everything up, and returns all equipment to our Lakeland facility afterwards.  Some lifting is involved (could be up to 40 pounds). 

Most events are scheduled over the weekend, so this position requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays with some possible weekday extra events that could be worked.  On-Site Event Coordinators report to Hall Communications/Lakeland Promotions Director who will schedule shifts.  On-Site Event Coordinators must have a working e-mail address to receive the schedule on a regular basis.
